It was an absolute privilege to lead a Creativity & Innovation workshop for a remarkable group of women participating in a special program by Bank al Etihad in Jordan! This program is designed to empower women who are looking to re-enter the workforce or explore new career paths, and I was honored to contribute to their journey.

The atmosphere was filled with enthusiasm and a shared desire for growth. We explored a variety of topics aimed at igniting their creative spark and providing them with valuable skills to succeed in today’s competitive job market.

- Unleashing your creative potential: We discussed practical strategies and techniques for boosting creativity and cultivating an innovative mindset.

- Thriving in times of change: We emphasized the importance of adaptability and how innovation can be a driving force for navigating change and uncertainty.
- Design thinking for problem-solving: We introduced the principles of design thinking, a human-centered approach that encourages empathy, experimentation, and iterative solutions.
- Learning from real-world examples: From groundbreaking inventions to innovative products across industries, we explored inspiring examples to demonstrate the power of innovation.
- Developing an innovative mindset: We discussed the essential “dos and don’ts” for nurturing an innovative mindset, highlighting the importance of curiosity, collaboration, and a willingness to embrace risk.

I was truly impressed by the dedication and determination of these women. Their eagerness to learn, grow, and support one another was incredibly inspiring.
To the incredible women participating in this program: I commend you for taking this step to invest in yourselves and your futures. Remember, you are all capable of amazing things. Embrace your creativity, embrace change, and go out there and make your mark on the world!
